hi,
is it possible to use an alpha as a texture map in ZBrush? for example in Maya, or another 3D app, you can specify a black and white or grayscale image as a texture map to specify alphas for that UV’ed mesh.
I want to make a lo-poly feather that just has the alpha painted, as opposed to actually sculpting geometry of the feather in ZBrush.
I know you can obviously use a texture map as a diffuse in ZBrush, but can’t figure out how to use an Alpha/ transparency map/tex.
