Excellent work, reminds me of Jar-Jar Bink’s Chief a lot. How about varying the Specs a bit and have some areas that are less shiny? Think that would make it even better.

I really like the feal of the skin and the depth of the eyes. The part that bugs me is that his chin is lit brighter than his eyes which makes the viewer focus on his waddle.
Looking forward to seeing more.
