Lizard man & Portrait

Hi Guys,
Just finished my first real Zbrush projects. The first character is based on an idea I had for a lizard creature living in the desert mountains around 5000 years ago. The base modeling is all XSI and then ZBrush was used for sculpting, alpha detailing and poly painting. Lighting was a combination of ZBrush and a Light Map from XSI. Rendering is all ZBrush.
The second piece is a 3D portrait. Base model XSI again. Sculpted in ZBrush and I used the actual texture to inflat the obj by masking by alpha intensity. The texture was photographs projected form different angles in the image plane and then patched together in photoshop. Rendered in ZBrush and then depth of field was added in post. The hat and clothing was all poly painted. The eyes for both pieces were made from XSI spheres and then shaded applied in ZBrush. both hand painted, not photo projected.
It has been a real learning curve and I have learnt alot to take over to my next projects. Cheers guys and I would appreciate any feedback before my tutors pick out all the faults. haha.

To be honest I cant tell one lizardman from another but that portrait
is fantastic! That’s a real, individual human being. Excellent anatomy, nice texture . Well done!
