Hi all!
This is a personal project I did for practicing new technics and quadruped anatomy in my free time.
I’ll post some shots of the process later.
Cheers!
Hi all!

And here is some breakdowns.
Before I get started I would like to thank Paul Liaw for sharing his awesome technics and knowledge.
This has gone a lot slower than I pretected due my full time job.Almost all the job has been done after midnights and weekends.
Started of by blocking out the skeleton and then adding details to the bones by how they interacting with each other etc,
It wasn’t necessary to go so “deep” with the details but I found it a lot of fun and gave me great understanding on how the joints work.Once I was happy with the skeleton (which actually later on I found that I had problem with its pose) I started adding the muscles.A lot of reference images has been used to understand how each muscle interacts with each other.Once I was happy with the overall look I dynameshed all together and started working on the sculpt. When I was quite happy with the overall proportions I did a retopo, posed it and the proceeded to work with the details.
For the rocks I created my own alphas in zbrush which they gave me great control on how to approach specific rock types.
Cheers!
