good start, I would work on the wrinkles more. Especially the ones on his forehead…these wouldn’t be as pronounced with the expression you are probably aiming for. There would be crazy wrinkle stuff going on in the nasolabial and mouth area…forehead not so much I think. get rid of the symmetry on his face and maybe try to establish a little more dynamic pose…you could turn his head a little for example
