set your wacom settings to be [ or ] this will increase the brush size similar to PS.
Juhuu!
Thanks mate! I had to change the shortcuts to other keys but it works now. Thanks ^^
I just got a Cintiq 21UX, and I’m trying to link the ZBrush 4 draw size to the Cintiq touch strips without success.
In the Windows 7 Control Panel>Wacom Tablet Properties>Touch Strip, the default setting for the Brush Size keystroke is ] and [, which, I believe, corresponds to the ZBrush hotkeys. So, setting the Cintiq Touch Toggle button to Brush Size should cause the touch strips to regulate ZBrush draw size with those Wacom default settings.
I noticed that pressing the S key on my laptop does allow me to change the draw size. However, pressing the ] and [ keys on the laptop keyboard does not increase or decrease draw size. So, if the [] keys don’t work on the keyboard, perhaps I shouldn’t expect them to work on the Cintiq.
I’m further confused by the fact that, while other hotkeys work correctly, most hotkeys are not included in my HotkeysStartUp.txt file, e.g.
//ZBrush Hotkeys
[BRUSH:MORE ITEMS,98] // B
[BRUSH:STANDARD,5447796] // Popup+T
[BRUSH:SMOOTH STRONGER,5447795] // Popup+S
[BRUSH:MOVE ELASTIC,5054565] // Popup+E
[BRUSH:MPOLISH,7151728] // Popup+P
[BRUSH:CLIPCURVE,4399203] // Popup+C
[BRUSH:CLAYLINE,4399212] // Popup+L
I expected that all hotkeys would be represented in that file. I obviously don’t understand how hotkeys are set up at all in ZBrush, much less how they should be set up to work on the Cintiq.
If anyone can offer any suggestions, the help would be much appreciated. Thanks,
Doc Pit
