Liam Neeson?

Yes it is Liam that I have been trying to sculpt.

Cool, I spotted it straight away…but then I’m Irish.

good work its defiantly getting there, I know how hard likeness are, I’m doing one myself.

I have a few small pointers that you are probably working on anyway.

Liams nose is very asymmetrical, it kind of dips down on his left (our right) its quite unique.

His lips are also a little fatter than they are on you sculpt.

Good luck with it, I look forward to seeing updates

Nice likeness, especially the nose. Very tricky thing to do is a good likeness.

My only crit would be that the head seems a bit wide.

Liam is one of my favorite actors and I think you’ve done a really nice job with this model; I was able to identify the likeness right away. If you ever take this any further -like rendering it in mental ray or something- may I suggest a black and white film noir look. Something that says Schindler’s list, right away :P. I don’t know, you can do what you want with it and I think it’ll turn out great anyway but keep in mind how much more likeness you can achieve by adding a film theme to your portrait. Awesome sculpt, I can’t wait to see more from you.

@Capital_G: Thanks for pointing that out. It isn’t finished yet so lets see how it goes. It’s definitely at a point were those revisions can be done. Will try do some more this week with this guy. Thanks again!

@BenSimonds: Thanks. There will be more changes around the side of the head that is for sure. haven’t gone that far yet but thanks for spotting that out for me.

@pyapor: Thanks! I am definitely going to keep taking it further. I don’t really have a finished look in my head though but I’m sure there will be something cool.
