I am always hate fiber mesh i have a lot of issues
as well sculpting issues but with practicing you can overcome
zbrush , mari , photoshop , marmoset toolbag

Maybe try to nail the primary forms a little more.
also, doing anatomy studies helps to understand the basic structure of a face/head.
I would recommend to not put your watermark all over your work
just my 2 cents…
