Lightbox on startup

Is there a permanent way to disable lightbox on startup. I get so annoyed that I have to hhit the comma key every time I launch ZBrush. A small thing I know. but it drives me p the wall.

In preferences, enable customise, unpress show lightbox at startup. Then save your config with ctrl+shift+i.

You don’t have to ‘Enable Customize’.

What version of ZBrush are you using? The Lightbox button in Preferences is fixed in version 4R4 P2.

I had an old trial version that I just installed the other day on my offline machine. I think it was 4R2. Definitely not R4.

For older versions, just add the following line to your ‘ZBrush/ZScripts/DefaultZScript.TXT file’ and save the file. This will close Lightbox automatically at start up. Make sure that [pd] is still at the end of the file before you save it.
