I just got a new laptop from my office, installed ZB4 on it, and I get some scrunched up icons:

Anyone else had this and know how to fix it?

Yes, ZB4 is geared more to wide screen monitors. Collapsing the right side shelf will help to see most of it
Hey thanks for the advice. 
Sadly though, collapsing any of the side menus does not fix this issue.
My screen is a widescreen monitor? It’s a funny resolution though, 1366 x 768 (that’s the max my Toshiba Satellite Pro goes).
