Sometimes lightbox doesn’t start at all. Neither hotkey no button can call it. Zbrush 3.5 r3.

Sounds like an install problem. Lightbox automatically pops up when Zbrush 3.5 R3 is started and there is a button in the upper-left in the default config.
Try preferences -> config -> restore standard UI. If you still don’t see the lightbox button, it’s probably best to deactivate and reinstall ZB.
Thanks for advice, but no. Lightbox button exists in any interface under Freferences->Lightbox menu. And yes, it starts automatically. And calls with shift+z. Few times. After that button doesn’t push and hotkey do nothing. Maybe it’s time to reinstall windows at all…
