Hello there, can Lightbox load from the on-line libraries? such as this one?
http://www.pixologic.com/zbrush/downloadcenter/alpha/
If not, this would be a MEGA cool feature for later!!

Not at the moment but it’s a nice idea.
I assume that you could do this using a new .dll file? Simple to add it to ZB4 then. (also handily meaning we don’t have to wait until the next upgrade… hint hint… ;))
I came here to ask this very same question.
It would seem a no-brainer to me that Pixologic’s own libraries would be searchable through lightbox, I was very surprised to find this isn’t available.
In fact, when they announced this feature many moons ago, it was the first thing that popped into my head for use.
Seems like an opportunity missed.
Hmmm…I got an alpha to load from the Lightbox (SHIFT + Double Click) as a texture…now to get it working as an alpha.
I guess we can just make an alpha from texture, but I’d prefer to have a way to load to the alpha slot direct from Lightbox.

Shift+Double Click does load an alpha into the Alpha palette, but I believe the alpha has to be Grayscale for ZBrush to know the difference.
Heya Zber,
I saw that SHIFT + Double Click would load some alphas into the alpha slot (out of the Pixologic alpha collection), but it’d be nice just to have a direct way to load alphas into the alpha slot from the Lightbox without any guesswork or having to re-format alphas.
As a workaround, I just installed an app to see .PSD’s from the file browser so I can see what I am loading.
