Light Probe MatCap Mini Tip!

MatCap materials can be used to simulate light probe lighting! :eek:

I loaded a light probe image (this image was actually originally intended to be used for an early reflection mapping test) into my texture pallette and used that to take my samples for the MatCap material.

I got the reflection mapping test image from here:

Another tip: You can also mix different MatCap materials together by pasting them into different shader channels of materials that have more than one channel, such as the double shader material.

Only difference was that I used a light probe image to take my samples from.
