Licensing system unable to start

I just downloaded the new ZBrush 2021. When I open it I get the following message: “ The licensing system is unable to start.” I have looked into the message here on ZBrush support and they say it may just take a few minutes for the license to transfer to the new program because I hold only one seat. Thus dies not seem to be the case with me. It has been much longer than a few minutes and I get the same message.

Sorry you’re having some trouble!

For issues like this you will need to contact Pixologic Support.

Since it’s outside normal support hours at present, in the meantime make sure you have followed all activation and installation instructions. Note that it’s important to disable any antivirus programs during the installation and activation procedure. I would check to make sure that ZBrush and its components have been whitelisted by any antivirus and have access to the internet.
