License not activated

Keep having to do the Web Activation to get a new code because Zbrush 3.5 only seems to want to work for one session at a time.

I have bought the CD instead of download because of my limited internet. Could this be part of my problem???

What you’ve said means that you’re using the R1 version. We released an update called ZBrush 3.5R2 that fixed what you’re encountering.

If your internet connection can’t handle 45 MB then I would recommend using a friend’s computer to download the updated version. It easily fits on pretty much any cheap USB drive. You can download again simply using the link in the delivery email that was sent to you after you upgraded.

We’ll be sending out new CD’s once the dust settles, but that may be another week or so.

Well that stinks I spent the money on the new CD, guess I’ll prolly have to wait until the dust settles. I have some people I can try and ask who have normal cable internet - not bandwidth limiting satellite internet like me.

I’m sorry for being a newb about this, but where is that version R2 download you told me about? Thanks again for all your help. I’ll attempt to download it with my satellite internet even though it will probably not work.:qu:

If you no longer have the delivery email that was sent after you upgraded, or if the link in that email has now expired because it’s been more than 14 days since you upgraded, please submit a support ticket. We can renew the download link and resend the email to you.
