How installs do we get per licences on a computer w/ zbro

If I understand your question correctly, ZBrush can be activated on two of your computers, provided that both copies aren’t actually used at the same time.
Home + Laptop = OK
You on your home + Wife on laptop = Bad
I understand I can’t let anyone use my serial number on another machine. What about me letting a friend come and mess around with my copy on my computer, or letting my son use my copy on my computer (he’s 8).
I don’t wanna sound nit picky, but I sort of made a deal with God that I would respect intellectual property rights and I would no longer pirate anything (I used to be really bad). I take licenses pretty seriously in this respect. My wife gave me permission to buy ZBrush for my christmas present and I just wanna know am I violating the license if I let my son or a friend use my copy of ZBrush on a single computer?

It is perfectly fine for you to let someone else use ZBrush on your computer, provided that nobody else (including you) is also using it at the same time on a different computer.
