how did you make that shield? A walkthrough would be awesome.

Very good!

I guess you have already seen this yourself, but I will remind you anyway. As viewer I can clearly see that you have been doing the hair with symmetry on. But this is a WIP so i guess you will fix that later…

nice updates with the armour man, they should look great once you give em the materials…
you can probably enhance the dents on the spartan shield…right now the deeper cuts look the same and there are just too many of them [no,I dont mean that we cant have cuts like that :P]
minimisingt he number of deep cuts, and having a few good really deep ones [maybe just 3 or 4] might enhance the appeal much more
Here is the ref pic that I’m basing my suggestion on >>

looking forward to updates

n hey cjones… yeha man ur right abt those hairs ,but as i mentioned it before it was just for a refrence…but nw i will be sculpting his hairs in a chunk rather then sculpting each hair individually…i hope it’ll look better…

GREAT sculpting but one thing - unless this is a copy of what we can see in movie “300” - real Spartans were not using those fancy, sexshop-like funny pants  It must have been done for politically correct  movie but You dont need to go this way . They were using completely nothing (yup… ), togas or short skirts.
Great one anyways.

He’s really coming together nicely. I like the torso alot and the armor looks good on him.

beautiful sculpt!! i really love it!

Hello samar!

Do you maybe still have the zBrush files of this work from 2007? I am learning how to use zBrush at the moment… and thought that it would help me greatly if you maybe sent me those files to see how you did that. I’d sooo appreciate that! Thank You in advance and hoping to hear from you soon!
