I watched some youtube videos and it seems they have a special LEFT bar.

Because i can’t even use move tool -_-
That screenshot was from ZBrush 3.0. It used the RapidStart UI, which was discontinued with version 3.1. It was a great idea that didn’t prove to be as helpful as we’d hoped it would be.
Please view the video tutorials that are linked to in my signature. They will get you started – without the RapidStartUI.
