Is it possible to get the intensity settings for lazy brush to float where your stylus is somehow, like you can with the brush intensity etc? I find it breaks flow when I have to go to the top of the screen each time.

Yes!
Assigning a hotkey to the individual sliders will allow you to open that slider at the location of your cursor with that hotkey.
You can also create a custom pop-up menu with all of the Lazy Mouse options you want, and assign that pop-up to a hotkey.
