Layering over

Hi there! Second problem so far, this one a little more complex then the last one.

I’v constructed this hand in zbrush, but there are bits where the zspheres seemed to have not connected together properly, and so you get hese gaps (on the top of the palm and where it joins the wrist, theres also this problem on the other side of the hand.) I’v tried using clay tubes to cover over them, but when I smooth it out the gaps reform!

Any ideas?

can you show a polyframe (shift+F) at the lowest subD level?

Like this? I’v circled where the problem is because its harder to see now like that. But its still there!

Try this:

Start on your lowest subdivision level and Smooth (Shift key) those areas then go to your next subdivision level and Smooth those areas again and work your way up each subdivision level until you get to the highest.

Thanks! Hmm though it doesn’t work too well, esspecially between the fingers. I used the flatten brush on some of it, and that worked quite well, but if i do too much on that area again the join lines are exposed again. Any other methods for covering over these join lines?
