War isn’t cute and funny. I’ve never seen anyone “cutsify” war before. I’ve seen parodies, but these aren’t parodies. What is the purpose of these illustrations? A lot of people on these boards have family or loved ones in the military, some of whom have died. Set me straight here.

EricShawnque: Of course war is neither pretty nor fun, let them ask the relatives of 90 percent of the victims, often civilians. If I had to say something about war, say they are pathetic. Or do not you feel sorry to see as yet, in the XXI century, civilized people resolve their disputes with gunfire? Do not feel ashamed as a human being? Wars have always been a business subject, the many people who live not just the military. Weapons manufacturers will always be delighted with each new conflict, and I can tell they care a damn about people who die be as long as the expected benefit.
The purpose of these illustrations, is to entertain the children, delighting with humor and imagination. Those children who will one day be adults and, hopefully, ever want to have a gun in their hands to shoot another person. I wish that instead of a gun wielding a brush or a keyboard, a parody of everything that comes to mind, peacefully, to defend their arguments and their right to freedom of expression. I also hope that no one would kill for that.
It’s called irony… and it’s being very well done here. The title of this thread in English “The war of laughter” it’s a theme he’s on, and it’s a good one!
