the girl doesnt look like the sort of person to be carrying aroung a pug dog, since you wanted her to be simple looking. Should she be wearing heels? You should give her sneakers, it would be a more likely choice of clothing to go with the rest of the clothing she has on.

when i was looking for jean ref i kept coming across girls wearing heels with jeans and it it seemed very big cityish but im not sure now, the pics below show the sort of ref i have found.

How did you create your base mesh? Did you create it in Zbrush?
All of those girls from your reference are more or less supermodels, so they are confidant enough to go out of their comfort zone and wear heels. Your girl looks like the kind of pretty faced girl that doesn’t want too much attention. That’s the only reason why i feel like the heels are inappropriate for her style. Shes wearing a hoody and a beanie and most of your shown reference is wearing collars with no beanies. I guess what I’m trying to say is attitude. Does she have the attitude to wear heels? I’d say no, shes a quiet girl, not demanding huge amounts of attention. LOL! I hope I don’t sound like a freak talking about shoes but there you go!!!
heres the kind of shoe I think she would wear. Ignore the textures/labels on the shoe, just look at the form of the shoe.

As far as your references go, I new a girl who looked just like your model (Asian looking, goth type, who used to wear tight jeans), and she had a pug, and she used to carry it around all the time. Your model does fit the type.

wow! korean girl - discussion! let’s go for it - first, the model (cg) is really good looking. second, a korean girl SHOULD wear heels… except she’s doing a music video - background-dancing for a BOA-pv for example… 
no, really - great model and heels work fine. for the subwayscene i would go for a korean-trainstation! MORE HEELS in the background! definitely!!!

oh well, i guess there you go! everyone wants heels and the dog in the bag! I dont know if everyone here wants that because its weird and different or its natural. I guess I’m basing my decisions on the culture of my country, and its probably normal in another country. You decide I guess.

Very good korean girl, good work with a cloth, did you use alphas to create seems on a cloth?
Will keep an eye on your thread.
no i havent used alphas yet, most of the seems are created with clay tubes and then the flatern brush to tidy them up, when i come to finish the sculpt ill go over them all with the smooth brush to polish.
If anyone has any good hair textures or knows of any good ref sites, send me a link, i would really appreciate the help.
