Not sure I’m posting this in the correct area but… I bought a single user Keyshot license last year. I purchased this for a computer I was using at work. I have since left that job and no longer have access to that computer. Is there a way I can get my copy of Keyshot activated on my new computer? Is this why I still have still have a seat listed as being available? Thanks
You should submit a ticket to Support and explain the situation to them. They will get it all straightened out for you.
I’m having the same problem. I upgraded my windows 7 to windows 10. the Keyshot server recognizes my install as if on a different computer. Do you have windows or macintosh?
