Key commands stopped working

Hi,

I needed to hop in to Zbrush this morning to create a quick model. My key commands aren’t working now, and I don’t see a way to get them functioning again. I can’t use shift to call up the quick window, and I can’t move on the screen and I can’t hit the alt key to reverse/subtract my stroke.

I tried init Zbrush and nothing changed. I see there is a restore hot keys button, but it’s grayed out.

I need to deliver this model today. Any ideas on how to get these working?

Did you try re-loading your hotkey file?(Preferences > Hotkeys > Load) If you have any custom hotkeys, it will be in “C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\ZBrushData\ZStartup\Hotkeys”. On a Mac, it will be “Users/Public/ZBrushData” folder

ok, so I just restarted my machine, and that fixed it, but that’s still strange.
