Keep UV's after editing mesh in Freeze Subdivision Levels

HI!
Is there a way to keep UV’s after deleting 1 loop in while freezing subdivision levels?

Tbh i have no idea why are they gone? This one loop should not affect uv’s at all weather its there or not… Or is freezing subdivs deleting uv’s by itself? Aagain i don’t understang why would it.

UVs are dependent on topology. If you change the topology, you will break your UVs.

To transfer detail between meshes with different topology, simply create the new UVs for your new mesh topology, subdivide it sufficiently to capture the incoming detail, and project the detail from the original mesh to the new one, using one of the various methods for doing so.
