just a little help

I’m doing the skull with image planes tutorial but i can’t figure out how to get the sphere to start off with i tried just dividing the mesh but it goes one step to low or to high but not where I want it to be. I also remember on a video tutorial here where it shows you how to adjust division levels i.e. h24 v12 could someone help me out?

Try selecting the Sphere3D tool. That (like the other parametric objects) has the Initialize menu which has the settings for U and V resolution. After you’ve gotten the sphere set the way you want it, use the Tool>Make PolyMesh3D button to make the sphere editable. You’ll then append the PM3D sphere to your image plane.
