Cool I love the style in this one and yeah he is creepy in the sameway the joker is so job well done just one crit would be his body movement does nt match the strength of his facial expression…it needs to be more wacky , as in resisting these restrains.
I agree, I think you should add a bit more struggle if you can, makybe 4 or 5 straps with a few of them torn? just to emphasize the crazy 
Otherwise its good, like the straightjacket and insane asylum idea

I really like the pose you had posted before this update. I would open his mouth a bit and give him some pointy teeth. not too many though. Really love the idea!! Keep it up!
