Joint Materials folder issue

Im setting up the Zbrush folders at work and, in the past, have used ShortCut folders to direct everyone to the same set of Materials and MatCaps.
This however doesnt seem to work for 3.5R. Im naming the ShortCut folder exactly the same as the replaced ‘Startup’ folder in Pixologic\ZBrush 3.5\ZData\Materials but it doesnt seem to be able to find the contents.

Is there a new way of setting this up that I dont know of?

Cheers

anything at all…?

are you talking about a normal windows shortcut or some sort of program?
also i know they say it all the time, do not mess with the zdata folder.
i think you will either want the
ZBrush 3.5R2\ZStartup\Materials
or
ZBrush 3.5R2\ZMaterials

Thanks SpaceBoy,

Yeah, this is currently windows but will have to apply in Linux as well.
I know what youre saying about the ZData folder, but neither of the other suggested folders appear to work.
At least if I drop new materials into the ZData/startup folder they are loaded at startup, but the problem is that I dont want everyone messing with their ZData folders as that is a messy way to work and would probably lead to frequent reinstalls.

With Zbrush 3.1 I had set a shortcut folders in ZStartup\Materials on all the modelers machines, then any new shaders could be added to this one folder and shared by all. This is the sort of setup we are after.
