JMC3D Sketchbook

I’m taking a whole new approach to modeling, and learning how I can efficiently get my ideas across quickly and with ease. DynaMesh has really changed my workflow, and I know its been out for a while now, but I’m barely starting to truly understand how to use it. My current workflow has improved by leaps and bounds, and I guess its safe to say that I’m heading into a new chapter as Zbrush user. I’m also attaching a time lapse video of my latest one hour session. Enjoy!

Apocalypse (En Sabah Nur) early Egyptian version.

Over an hour for the speed sculpt, and an extra 30 mins for details and changes.

I so something a little like it. I want to bring some of your work flow into my own. If you could like a my page and give me some tips it would mean a lot thanx. Good stuff.

Thank you for your message, and also for taking an interest in my workflow. I’m very flattered. I’ll be keeping an eye out for anything that I might be able to help you out with ;).

Some real nice work here, your workflow is very interesting. I might have to give it a little shot.

P.S. I love your TMNT!! :+1:

JB.

Thanks, the original TMNT show from the late 80’s was one of my favorite shows as a kid. If you see something that you can incorporate into your workflow, by all means do so ;). I’m also happy to explain any of my processes.

You have some promising work as well, keep at it.

Had to go back to the drawing board for my TMNT sculpt… Wasn’t very comfortable with the overall design, so I felt I needed to push the realism and details. comp.jpg

Great stuff man.

Ni e start! I like that you are putting your own touch on the design.
