Jewelry making with Zbrush

Dear Zbrush-friends

Here are some pictures of my recent works from Zbrush.
You can see from the pictures, the latest Zbrush model, the milled model and of course the cast and finishet model.

The torso has just under 3 cm, the medallion almost 4 cm
The Medallion was cut only from above / below, the torso needed to milled from all 4 sides.

If your have questions, suggestions or comments, please let me know!

I hope you enjoy it!

Best regards
Sascha Vogt

Awesome pieces… Is this like lost wax type process? What milling machine did you use?

Hello,
nice to see you like it.
I use a Roland JWX 30th. The milling machine produce a nice and clean surface.

I work only in the process of lost wax-casting.
A distinction between centrifugal and vacuum casting.
I prefer the centrifugal casting, as this much more delicate parts also expire.

We do everything ourselves, so modeling, milling, casting and finishing
