I asked this question in the Questions & Troubleshooting thread, but it’s been more than two weeks and I still haven’t had a response, so I’ll ask it here instead:
Since I’ve updated to Zbrush 4R5, moving the cursor in the viewport with my Wacom tablet causes the mouse to lag. Can anyone help? It doesn’t lag when hovering over the menus nor when using my touchpad. I’ve used Zbrush for over two years without any issue with this until I updated.
In Preferences is Use Tablet and some settings. Are you on Windows or Mac?
I’m on a Mac, and I have Use Tablet turned on. I’ve fiddled with the other settings under the Tablet palette, but that hasn’t worked. Thank you for your response!
Try turning off Preferences>Performance>MultiDraw.
Also you may want to read this thread. Some users have found rolling back to an earlier Wacom driver solves the issue:

Ahah! Turning off MultiDraw worked, thank you so much! I’ll look into the driver issue, though. I think I updated it a little while back, so that might have had something to do with it…
