Hello everyone, this is Jackie. When I decided to do a new character I wanted to go a different route and have a little fun with style and explore techniques I had admired while browsing @artstationhq. Then I ran across Jiwon Kim’s work on and saw this alluring portrait and saw more than lighting practice and an opportunity to capture a moment. So I added some character and made a full character from Kim’s Lighting Practice.
More to come but this is the initially redesign in 3D, clay render and concept.
