you really need to focus on anatomy and photo reference. there is a lot of small stuff off ;]

Good work. My only suggestions are to move up the mouth on you last lady. The area between the nose and lip is to long and the chin is too short. Also the nose seems a bit big when compared to your reference picture.

you are still not getting the planes of a human face correct and you are still not paying attention on your models’ silhouettes. These are the biggest problems you have right now.
Take a step back… forget about the eyes lips and ohter stuffs…Do you understand the plane changes that occur on a human face? Do you know how the general silhouette on a human face look like? Without getting those right, your models will never look good.
That’s the best advice I can give right now without overwhelming you with which part of the anatomy in your models are incorrect.
try to understand how a general human face work first before going for likeness…

thnx piggy, i will look into it. i already started doing some anatomy studies havent come to facials yet but just to take my mind off things i’m trying some look-a-likes.
