I've seen additional stroke types in tutorial - from where do I get them?

I saw in a simple tutorial unknown other stroke types…
That made me curious, but I can’t find out how they were made or where they come from…

Any ideas?

I found them now, but they seem not to work…
maybe just with 2D canvas…?

Yes, if they aren’t available for sculpting they are for 2D only.
