ZBrush 3.5 for Mac OS is in development, release date will be posted when available.

They originally planned to release the Mac version in September, so I imagine that it will probably be available soon. Maybe sometime this month.
That’s just a guess though.

Yeah I’m really looking forward to a whole new swath of people complaining about ZMapper being gone and the smooth brush not working properly.
Should be great 
Also no ZApplink, but since it’s always said this plugin is “coming soon” and the mac never having ZMapper it might not have the same impact.
