ISUther attempt to break in to CGI

Hello,
My name is Tanel. I am from Estonia.
Previously i worked in IT Support (6 years) but discovered 2016 June Houdini VFX and at 2016 September 2016 discovered zbrush. Plan is to create the element and import it in to Houdini VFX and build effect on to it.
I decided to educate myself and try to learn all i can in order to get a job in this area because seems i really enjoy this kind of stuff and i enjoy it way way more then it support.
I really enjoy sculpting and also creating amazing effects and animations in Houdini.
I have used before Adobe After effects but that is not real 3D software and Video Copilot element 3d Does not make it 3d software. I have used different plugins also in after effects latest one i used was Trapcode.

Art that you see on my portfolio page is all created in 6 month and plan was not to bump in out this faast / slow i just tried to learn software and in that period i managed to create different stuff.
As i have no cash to go to expensive school (Gnomon or similar) so my only option is try to learn it by myself only tools Youtube, vimeo and different forums online. I try to study and educate myself based on information that i can find from web.

I invest every week about 40 - 50 hours depending to i go to sleep on Friday after the work or not.
Saddly i do not have more time to invest as i have to be at work from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6pm
Driving home takes 1 hour, preparing food eating, and geting shower another hour. So i usually start at 8pm or a bit before 9pm and i go sleep at 01:00 at midnight and wake up at 07:50

Currently i work as IT support (6 years) but i am glad i discovered 3D (Zbrush and Houdini).
Planing to pick up also Maya at some point, but currently focus is on zBrush and i want to become very good at this.
Same time hoping to find a studio job as Junior artist or similar and hoping that i did not start too late to get good at this and find a CGI related job.
Money is not the goal atm. Only need some to get by in order to buy food and pay rent.
Willing to move also another country. If only i could find company or studio who is willing to take me in, but i know it wont happen any time soon as i am beginner.
Languages i speak are:
Estonian, English, Finnish and also a bit Russian
Below are some works i have done.
I hope it is ok to post my work and “progress” here.

Here are some sample videos i have created (note many of them are bad quality or recorded with phone camera due the fact that was not able to use PC screen recorder as it was rendering).
This for example is my first Adobe After effects video

And now i am trying to learn sculpting in zBrsuh
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4llht21JEaQ&t=206s

Because of the project that i have in my mind i need a high detailed model (a plant) but before creating that i need to learn to sculpt. And most of internet tutorials are based on creating character or beast so i decided to put my plant sculpt to pause and learn to sculpt and then continue.
So i searched from internet cool looking ref image and i found few and decided to sculpt based on the ref image.
So here i am sculpting the ogre.
The ogre i am creating is based on reference image i found on internet. So bare in mind that concept i did not create. I am just tying to sculpt based n the image.
