Issue with topography-newbie-

HY!

I need advice from more experienced user for importing OBJ from Max to Zbrush.
What can i do to smooth out “edges” from my surface.?
I would like to do without the smooth brush because i observed that it deforms the model.

In 3ds Max the surface is smooth… I used the loft modifier tool to obtain the geometry needed

you can try masking the sides and parts you don;t want effected, then use one of the polish sliders from the deformation palette.

my guess is that section is a series of long rectangles without proper supporting geometry made for sculpting. Am I correct?

Zeddie - Thank you. The Polish thing with mask it worked fine.

Beta_channel - yeah it is made of quads in max.
