Isit possible to fix normalRGB material somehow to produce correct normal colors?

The weird thing that preview thumbnail shows correct colored sphere but when you apply the material on an actual sphere it looks wrong with a kind of of halo or something around the sphere. Is it possible to get right colors and right normal map from applying this material?
