Just wondering, as I’d like to upgrade to Yosemite but don’t/can’t sacrifice ZBrush not working properly.
Any thoughts?
Can’t help you…I somehow killed my copy on Windows 7, it will not start. 
Zbrush is working on Yosemite, although I had some glitches where Yosemite thought Zbrush crashed, gave me the crash report dialog, yet it was still humming along. This was after using Zremesher, but that’s the only thing I’ve come up against. Actually, it almost feels like it runs better in some cases, like OS X Mavericks would not remember my file path names within Zbursh, which drove me crazy, now there’s no problems.

I have experienced the same problem with the error that Zbrush has crashed after running Zremesher but Zbrush actually had not crashed…it was still running and the Zremesher process completed. Weird right. Anyway, apart from that weirdness I’ve not had any additional problems with Yosemite and Zbrush. I’m only a few days into using Yosemite though. Fingers crossed it keeps it’s stability.
