Is ZBrush single core or multicore?

I am planning to build a new desktop computer, and I am trying to decide whether to get a CPU that excels at single core or multicore process(s). Is ZBrush a single or multicore application? If and when Zbrush becomes 64bit in future, would that change?

Sorry I have been googling but can’t find the answer. Thanks.

It’s multicore. You have some control through the Preferences>Performance>MultiDraw button (hold Ctrl with the cursor over the button for pop-up information). I don’t know what the plans are for 64bit but I wouldn’t expect this to change.
