Is there something wrong with my workflow?

Basically I made a high poly character with various components (chain, clothes, eyes, hair, body), and I have polypainted. I am a bit confused what do I do next so I can export a low poly mesh, normals and diffuse maps to be imported into a game on a single texture page. Do I now zremesh the entire thing, unwrap it, and project it?
