Is there a way to select 2 subtools at once and offset them at the same time?

I was wondering if there was a way to off set 2 subtools at the same time separately from the rest of the other subtools? I am making a rifle I have a few parts that are off center. I find it would be more accurate if I can select the 2 subtools and readjust them at the same time.

I do not wish to merge the 2 subools if I don’t have too. But I suppose I could make them both individual poly groups and merge them, Move them then separate them by poly group back into separate subtools. Or am I wrong? Will 2 subtool maintain thier separate poly groups after merging into 1 subtools?

Same question for me.
I’m sitting with a complex design with many duplicated sub tools that create a “chain”. Which I’d like to re-position in groups but am not ready to merge them yet. Pls let me know when you get the answer?

you bet, “I’m here all week!”

I’m hoping we get a response on this.

It be odd if you can’t do something like this.

I’m fairly sure that if you merge two or more sub tools, then later want to seperate them, you just do Group Split.

I understand this, and I use this, but I was wondering if there was a way to move 2 subtools at the same time.

That’s what I meant. Merge them, move them, then group split them.

ok so that’s the only way? I understand.
