Is there a way to relax geometry

Hi there!
As you can see in the pictures the geometry is all mangled up and it is affecting sculpting. Is there a way to relax the geometry? The relax option in the deformation panel is not really working as I expect. Is there any other way?

I can’t believe I forgot to post the picture!

I’m not an expert at ZBrush…not by a long shot, but did you try any of the smooth brushes on those spot?

Looks like you either have some leftover masking or polypaint that got group-looped or something.

Maybe a lower res remesh combined with a couple divides and a project all to get your current details back? That might clean up your topology so that you can continue sculpting.
