My name is Robert or RKane_1 here. I am new to ZBrush so I am just now playing around with the tools and it occurs to me it would be more intuitive for me if the “scale” function were tied to my mousewheel.
Is there any way to tell ZBrush to do this?

ZB is intended to be used with a graphics tablet, that’s why it does not make sense to put the “scale” in your mouse wheel, if you don’t use one, I strongly suggest you get one, you will immediately feel the difference in workflow as well as in your ability to sculpt much smoothly and faster.
I suggest you get any of the cheap consumer wacom tablets, bamboo series. After you get used to it (in about 15 minutes!), I am sure you will never want to go back to using a mouse with ZB!

Actually have a Cintiq 12UX and a Intuos 3 big boy but I want to link scale to a Mousewheel so I can get my Cintiq to link mousewheel to my slider strips.
But thanks for the recommendation.
You should be able to just program the Cintiq to run the zoom function. Shouldn’t have anything to do with the mouse.

Oh wait… I did…doesn’t work.
It would be simpler if it could be made into a mouse scroll wheel which I CAN program my Cintiq to do which was why I wanted the capability truly in the first place.
Yes, my touch strip works fine in all other applications, just does NOTHING in ZBrush at all.
Hoping there was a solution.

I also want scale funtion is linked to mousewheel too, for some reasons I can only use mouse on zbrush.
