Is there a way to assign automatically materials to polygroups before bridge Keyshot?

Plugin, script or whatever. Apparently Keyshot doesn’t see the polygroups but can see the materials or I can not see how. But if it is work in progress materials are rather messy to maintain and would be better to use the polygroups.

This would need a plugin, I think. It should be possible - I’ll look into it.
