Is the wacom brand needed to use in Zbrush?

Hi everyone, first post here, I’ve been googling around my problem for quite some days now to no avail, so I downloaded the trial of Zbrush because I’m going to go to art school soon and after sculpting in Blender for some years I wanted to try Zbrush, so the thing is that I have kind of an old tablet (the brand is called Manhattan) I got it years ago at it have served me quite well at least for my skill level, the thing is, I cant get it to work with Zbrush no matter what I do or install

And yes, I’ve used with photoshop, substance painter, blender etc with absolutely no problem and pressure sensitivity has worked always in every program but I cant get it to work here in Zbrush and I dont understand why.
Googling around 99% gets me something something about Wacom this and wacom that so now Im worried that I have to have specifically a wacom tablet to sculpt in zbrush.

Any ideas? Thanks for the help and I apologize for the long rant and my bad english

The tablet needs to be Wacom compatible. On Windows that means the drivers have to be written using the WinTab API.
Here are the ZBrush system specs:
