Is it possible to re-UV an object without losing sculpting layers?

EDIT: Woops, I’m an idiot - a bit of my topology was changing in-between imports, and that was causing the layers to get lost. Need to get more sleep… :lol:

Just wondering if there is a way to re-UV an object that has multiple sculpting layers, without having to lose those sculpting layers upon import of the new UVed basemesh?
