When I open ZBrush, it fills the frame of my screen. I can no longer see the Windows Task Bar (bottom of screen)
where the icons for other active programs are available. How do I reveal the Windows Task Bar while ZBrush is open?
‘Minimizing’ and ‘Maximizing’ does not help.

You can resize the ZBrush window and then store the configuration (Shift+Ctrl+i). That will mean the window is that size when ZBrush starts. However, if you want to switch to another program you need to use Alt+TAB as minimizing and restoring the ZBrush window will unfortunately return it to its full screen state.
Another thing you might try is right+clicking on the Windows taskbar, choose Properties and then check the ‘Keep taskbar on top of other windows’ option.
