Kind of a basic question… how do you modify that?
Holding control and changing the Z intensity slider does not make masking more or less intense. I would like 100% intensity masking even if I don’t push hard on the pen, is that possible?

I have noticed that if you use a soft brush while painting on a mask, the border faces seem to only be partly masked. If you want to have only on or off faces (maks 100 percent or non at all) use Tool > Masking > SharpenMask

Unfortunately sharpen mask has the opposite effect of deleting most of the mask, because it eliminates parts which are too light. I don’t want to have to push hard on the pen because then it’s difficult to make precise quick “flowing” gestures with the hand. But when I use a small radius, if I don’t push hard the mask is very light and gets mostly deleted by sharpen mask…
I don’t understand why the sharpen brush doesn’t take “Z intensity” into account like the other brushes… is this normal?
