I'm trying to install a custom Hotkeys file and have encountered problems. In my confusion and frustration I tried installing it several times. Finally I copied the file where the default Hotkeys file is found. It's showing up when I hit alt D but most of the content of the popup has gone away. Nothing I do seems to restore it. I'm really frustrated.

Which version of ZBrush are you using? Which version of ZBrush was used to create the hotkeys file?
Do you have a screenshot of the problem? It’s a little unclear from your description.

i am using 4R8. I’m not certain of the version it came from my guess is 7. The thing is that at one point it looked right but as I played with the ui colors I needed to keep loading it as it emptied out . I am unable to download a photo because it’s on my phone and the size exceeds the limit. To describe it I’d say the the popup is long with few command options and lots of blank space. Does that help?
